TEXTJOIN
Joins multiple pieces of text together with a delimiter between each, optionally skipping empty cells.
Compatibility: Excel 2019, Microsoft 365
Syntax
=TEXTJOIN(delimiter, ignore_empty, text1, [text2], ...)
Example
=TEXTJOIN(", ",TRUE,A1:A5)
When to Use It
Use TEXTJOIN over CONCATENATE when joining a whole range of cells with a consistent separator — like combining a list of tags into one comma-separated cell.
