AVERAGEIFS
Averages numbers that meet multiple conditions across one or more ranges.
Compatibility: All Excel versions
Syntax
=AVERAGEIFS(average_range, criteria_range1, criteria1, ...)
Example
=AVERAGEIFS(C:C,A:A,"West",B:B,2026)
When to Use It
Use AVERAGEIFS when averaging needs more than one condition at once — e.g. average sales in the West region, but only for 2026.
